Shipping policy

At Crealab108, all our items are handmade.

Our online store is supply by a physical store in Koh Pha-Ngan, so most of the products are usually in stock, ready to ship.

If we don't have the item you order in stock, it usually takes 1-10 days to produce it.

-We offer free shipping which takes 7-15 days to most countries.

-Remote Area: If you live in a remote area, such as an island, please allow an extra 10 days for delivery and $25 for shipping).

Tax: No Fee/VAT to be paid during purchase and delivery for USA and Australia.

European orders under 150 euros must be placed on  Etsy shop to pay VAT during purchase and nothing else during delivery.

All European orders of 150 euros up will be subject to inspection when passing through EU customs and will therefore be liable for VAT and administration fees (ex 27 Euro for France) to be paid upon delivery by customer himself.
